Hitman Brew Co. came to be over 9 months of intense self-critique, 5 am starts and probably way too much caffeine. This project taught me to let go of my attachment to previous work and to strive to achieve more every day. My motto is “If it can be better, make it better…” even if that meant redrawing the majority of my illustrations in the 9th hour and causing my instructors more anxiety than they got paid to deal with.

Brew Notes
Kings Bounty was brewed for those looking for a unique hop experience immersed with notes of tropical flavors. Made with Strata and Galaxy hops, it has a flavor combo soaked in rich juiciness, without loads of bitterness. The palate is bright, crisp and exudes an aroma of pineapple and mango.

Vulcan isn’t for the faint of heart. Our full bodied imperial is rich in malt and fruity esters that’s as flavorful as it in smooth. Barrel aged and combined with the powerful aroma of chocolate and plum to create the ultimate brew.

Titan is brutal with it’ sour and acidic bite, and the only cure? It’s crisp raspberry finish. Soured with Lactobacillus at the height of its brew, the flavor is only amplified by it’ sharp and fizzy mouthfeel. Refreshing and exciting to drink, this sour gets better with every sip.

Our double IPA lives up to the name “imperial” with its both floral and toasty undertones topped by a grainy malt and light bitter finish. Brewed with rich Evergreen hops, the minty herbal aromas pair for a semi dry finish and a solid median body.

This pale ale was brewed with unique blend of hops and the supple taste of prickly pear cactus combined with other citrus aromas to create the perfect sipping experience. Although noteibly hoppy, this pale ale exhibits notes of malty sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish.
