Success doesn’t have to be stressful.

“How might we encourage college students to break the cycle of burnout by planning out their days based on their needs?”

We can start by creating a solution to help them combat stress while still managing their responsibilities.

Gathering Data

To better understand how people felt on a day to day basis, I conducted one on one interviews with three of my peers to find out what caused my target audience the most stress as well as what they do in attempt to better alleviate it. I also had two people text me every hour for two days explaining what they were doing and their current stress level caused by their current task. Defining the Issue

Defining both “stress” and “distress” allowed for my peers to be able to categorize the “stressors” in their lives while also giving me the ability to better understand the severity of these issues from an outside perspective.

Stressless is a desktop app made to be calming to its users while also offering an automated schedule builder that incorporates work breaks into your schedule that you might not have allowed time for previously.
